I have been performing PMU removal since 2019, with over six years of hands-on experience removing permanent makeup and body tattoos. I became a qualified PMU removal practitioner in 2018 and have dedicated my career to this specialism.
I am also a certified trainer for the saline removal brand I use, and I am the only trainer for this brand in London. This level of expertise means I do not just perform removal, I also teach other practitioners how to do it safely and effectively.

Saline removal using Botched Ink®
For clients who have just had their brows done and something has gone wrong. If you’ve had microblading or permanent makeup applied in the last 24 to 48 hours and the result isn’t right, this is the fastest route to correcting it.
Emergency saline removal works best when performed as close to the original procedure as possible. The sooner we act, the more effectively the pigment can be lifted before it fully settles into the skin.

Saline first, then laser
For clients who want everything completely gone and do not want their brows redone, this is our full removal route. It is ideal for someone who has had a bad experience and wants a clean slate.
Our approach is to use saline removal first, typically one to two sessions, followed by laser to finish the job. Starting with saline helps lift the bulk of the pigment gently, while laser targets what remains. This combined approach allows us to be more thorough than using either method alone.
*Permanent makeup removal is available for eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips.

Saline removal using Botched Ink®
For clients who have already had laser removal done elsewhere and are left with yellow residue in their brows, this is the service we recommend. At this stage, laser cannot remove the remaining pigment. Only saline can.
This is one of our most in-demand removal services. We work with a high volume of clients in exactly this situation. The service is sold as a package of three sessions, and clients often return for a fourth, as complete fading takes time.

Single laser session
For clients whose eyebrow shape is correct but the colour is wrong, this is our colour correction route. Rather than removing everything and starting over, we perform a single laser session to neutralise the unwanted colour. The client then returns for a refresh with new, corrected pigment.
This is a targeted approach, not a full removal. It preserves the shape and structure of your existing brows while correcting the colour that is not sitting right.

Laser removal using AW3 Q-switched ND:YAG
We also remove body tattoos, not only permanent makeup. Whether your tattoo has aged poorly, was done badly, or simply no longer reflects who you are, laser removal can help.
Male and female clients come to us for body tattoo removal. Using an AW3 Flash Ink Q-switched ND:YAG laser system operating at multiple wavelengths, we can treat practically all ink colours across all skin types.
